tbh, it looks really ugly phones when phones have those big round camera islands, the lens/flash alignment also looks very asymmetrical, the non ultra phone from Xiaomi looks much better

The use of Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 by OEMs is a mistake: the Dimensity 9400 is faster, has better power efficiency and costs less. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 requires a battery of at least 6000 mAh

There is definitely one Chinese phone using the first ultrasonic sensor from a Chinese company as there was big hype about it. Many of the next generation flagships will use it as it's way cheaper (but still far more expensive than optical scanners)
