There was less than $50 between these at launch in China. The Redmi 13 pro+ had a more expensive screen, a more expensive processor and faster charging (which also means a more expensive charger). Also had an IP68 rating and all of these together added in the region of $40-50 to the price.

For example, the Oppo A3 pro has IP69 and sells for less than $240 for the base 8gb 256gb and that is the selling price. No way they would spend 21% of the selling price on an IP rating!

                  I don't think I'll trust their waterproof ratings after my GT6 proke few weeks after a rainy day! Realme voids warranty in that case, keep in mind. I think I'm switching to motorolas.
