            These prices are pure insanity. Like who in their right mind will buy a middle class hardware for this type of price ? The greed in just insane. Never mind that with android there are other devices with better specs. Pixel fold looks like microsoft surface too being so wide.

            The most ugly camera island that sticks out over half the phone thickness that already looks like plug in device on it.

              You can get OnePlus Fold for about 500 € less and still has faster cpu. Same with Fold 5 and probably older Honor foldables as well.

                  just one issue, why you cannot make battery more than 5.000mah, this is flagship phone even midrange and lowrange phone nowadays have 5.000mah battery.

                      Man, I really do love the new folding Pixel. It looks great, it's thin and the size is just right for me. Tensor ruined everything, though, and it's too heavy for some reasons.

                        Just like with the Find N/N2, they had the right idea with the size and then ruined it by making it just two oversized slabs on top of each other.

                        The only true consumer appeal foldables could have would be if they delivered a normally sized phone when closed (so, a sub-6" display) that then people could open and have a larger canvas.

                        But no. They rather do the: here's an oversized phone that opens up to an even larger display.
                        And then they wonder why consumers have so clearly rejected foldables as a viable category.
