Oooh i really love photoshop'd images leak or whatever. It gives me instant puzzle to solve lol, well this one is obvious text from the screen is blurred while outside (edge of the phone, finger) is sharp! :D

First the kernel is really old. It's probably a 4.1.2 kernel.
Second the build number is JDQ47xxyy (xxyy-device specific). The JDQXX is for android 4.2 series as far as I believe. And for android 4.3 the build number is actually JWRXXX. So, this is a FAKE!
Probably done by modifying the build.prop and a bit of theaming.

Really now, people who have problems with lag on a S3 should first check themselves in for a doc. At a certain point it doesnt matter. it aint slower and the occasional hiccup for having hte freedom is way better. But go and pay for a animated feature way more, that will do the trick of course^^ It is sad that people come with that annoying outdated problem of android, like the iphone doesnt lag at all^^

look at the kernel version, its a build.prop edit. please learn atleast these authors.

It's fake...Android 4.2 above uses 3.4 kernel not 3.0
