Realme GT7 Pro image surfaces to show entirely different design

Make it flat display /tpo4 /dynamic AMOLED
Ip68 for god sake( no one asked for 4000-6000 nits displays), make the main camera with Ois and good steady video(cut the eis it always is crap and over processed) do the same for the selfie (60frames please)even if it's 1080p as long is good quality, battery anywhere between 5400-6000 (dual design is enough -maybe get the one from BBK ace 3 pro in house) limit the charging speed to 80 -100w( wireless is not necessary cos in fact it hurts the battery and the phone longevity=proven) , bring it to Global version from release not half year later when better models overshadow it and it stays in some Asia warehouse, and keep the user friendly pricing don't go like your main brand OP+

            Aierlan, 28 Aug 2024I'm going on official pricing in China as that's ... moremakes sense but I think video quality in all phones is overrated, except for an iPhone. They've had good video since the beginning. I still look at videos taken on an 11 Pro and go woah. The thing isn't that the quality is too high. it's that it's consistently 6/10. It goes down to 5/10 at worst but never like down to 2/10, reasonably speaking that is like ofc the phone's vids would look bad in pitch black rooms yk.

Trading Shenzhen is a third party reseller so they can charge whatever they want. Personally I very rarely use the ultrawide so I wouldn't care about it. I probably wouldn't go for either to be honest as the video quality wouldn't satisfy me on either. Better to wait for the new models for people in China anyway as there no very good deals available at the moment. All the good deals finished after 618

                  Aierlan, 28 Aug 2024Yeah, I'd prefer the iqoo12 too overall but it has som... moreidk im judging from pics I saw and the UW cam felt fine to me. Realme's videography was on par to me to the IQOO, better at some points and worse at others so they balanced each other out.

                  Oh and I used Trading Sheznhen's pricing to compare. It was only a 60 euro difference and for ~10% more money you're getting a more than proportional increase in quality. Yeah the display is worse but only slightly, the UW cam is an order of magnitude better. If you put 2-3 of GT5 Pro's UW cams side to side you'll get the IQOO 12's one, that's a huge consideration. Basically the Realme's one is useless, I've tried an 8 MP cam it sucks, you're gonna have to think of the Realme as having 2 cameras only.

                  I'm not saying the Realme is a bad phone. I'm just saying the IQOO overall provides better value. I mean I'm a curved screen guy myself but I'll still go for IQOO cus of the better stuff I just mentioned.

However the big thing is these phones aren't at the same price. The Iqoo 12 was 3,999rmb versus 3,399rmb so you're talking an extra 18% to the price for the advantage of a better but still poor Jn1 ultrawide. That's a significant price gap. The Iqoo 12 has pretty bad video recording too (I tried it)

Like I'm all for cool phones with telephotos but SOME balance must be there yk? the telephoto is too big and the UW is too small. If the balance were right I'd have loved this phone even more. Looking at Nothing providing a 1/2.76" UW cam with their 2(a) I think every other manufacturer should give at least a 1/2.8"+ sized UW cam.

                      And besides, the GT5 Pro was China only. So its cost is even more dubious. There aren't many competitors but it doesn't need em, there's the Vivo IQOO 12. Similar/same price and better, well rounded feature set. At that point the Realme is ONLY better for people who want a huge telephoto and not a balanced phone. Looking at how good the IQOO 12 is, I think only a small number of people would go for the Realme. I can be wrong but the IQOO 12 just deleted the Realme GT5 Pro in terms of value for me.

For 3,399rmb at launch and subsequently 2,999rmb is offered one of the best 3x periscopes on any phone and 100w wired and 50w wireless charging, excellent very bright Boe screen and excellent battery life. Only major weakness really was the ultrawide. In China, where the competition is the most intense, it was widely regarded as the flagship phone with the best price to performance ratio. Oneplus has better phones but they are also generally more expensive
