A few years back, I suggested one friend to buy a Moto G40 fusion for 12k and he got it. It seems to be a pretty great phone for the price.
Comparing the G40 fusion with G45, it's pretty much a downgrade apart from the processor and 5G. Moto keeps making garbage specced phones these days. smh.

The Quality of the device will be concern for me. Moto g34 have calling issues(as what i read in reviews from customers), this time this phone g45 have secondary mic...... but there is always an Annoying issues in motorola phones

Snapdragon 695 hater, 28 Aug 2024This isn't a bad device the problem here is that Motor... moreThis is always my biggest disappointment regarding Lenovo. All they do is making compromises with every passing generation. A degenerate namesake at its finest.
All they do is basically upgrading the processor and cutting costs on all other components. Absolute inconsistency in naming their own products. If they named this as "E32 5G" or "G32s/i", it would've made perfect sense for this phone to exist. Now they're ruining the Edge series with their derailed nomenclature and poor quality control.
This strategy is eerily similar to Samsung pushing their J series inventory under different names, especially rebranding the J2 2015 as J2 2017, as well as the J2 Core as J2 Core 2020.

I know you are angry. It's justified. But understand that, it's targetting specific price range. Under INR 10000 you don't get much choices. So Don't get angry here.
Choices under INR 10000 with 5G
Chips- Dimensity - 6100+, 6080, 6300, 6020
Tiger - T750 Exynos - 1330
Snapdragon - 480, 480+, 695 & 6s Gen 3
Only value you get is in buying second hand/refurbished phones
Chips - 855,855+, 870,865 & 865+, 8100 & 9000
Now you decide.

This isn't a bad device the problem here is that Motorola has already done this before with the Moto G34 so there's no point getting this. Spend a bit more and you've got the Moto G64 and G84.
I think Motorola should put an apology letter in the box when selling this! 🤣

It's not even competitively priced, I had recently checked what phones are around for 10k. a 720p screen and snapdragon 695 is not even competitive with the others, some are offering 1080p already, AND 6gb Ram for that price. What's the game, Motorola?
