Excellent idea. Thanks Samsung. Now please make it a global launch. Note II with S - 600, and Note III with S 800, We can now see this as upcoming Note III, Sub - Note III and a Note III minni later. Point noted

This Galaxy Note 2 update means they need more time for the Galaxy Note 3.. I'm guessing they're back at the drawing board to make the Note 3 bigger especially after other manufacturer released Ascend Mate, Xperia ZU and Fonepad. It will even have to compete with their own Mega line. So the Note 3 will be delayed....

---I disagree with you at some point.
putting rationality into the picture, and not mentioning, you missed one more brand but I wont say what it is..
I just thought that maybe these mobile phone companies are just stucked in the middle of bidding on what their next flagship's design or what will it look like.
Because if you're not aware, they can't just create a new design without bidding for it or else, all smartphone manufacturers/brands might end up having the same/similar design right?
And when that happens, guys like you will just whine again and shout "COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT!!! SUE THEM FOR COPYING OUR DESIGN!!!" which makes you look and sound so stupid "lol" ^_^
right here I cant help myself from thinkin that you're a fanboy or a guy paid by "SOMEONE" just to badmouth the competition ^_^

We saw there is a S3 mini, S4 mini as well, how about note mini or note 2 mini? of cause with the smaller screen for eazier carring but donnot forget with s pen,super amoled feature, better battery standby time and camera.

The reason there are so many versions of each model of Samsung is because there is a great demand. Also Samsung always releases a PLUS version on the galaxy s line up so why shouldn't they with the NOTE line up?

I have no hassles with an update of the note 2.... But can you please try and release 32GB AND 64GB VERSIONS!

Samsung should rename it as Note II Advance or Note II Plus and make it available world wide with cheaper price (30% to 40%)than original Note II.
This is a welcome improvement!

So many models of a single phone... Hmmm seems as if Samsung is just taking out the Note IIs from their godowns in which those Note IIs were rotting but no more as Samsung is just gonna rip off the Exynos processors in their Note II to use them on the upcoming Tizen devices and fit the Snapdragon 600 processors iin those Note IIs after tweaking the OS and half optimizing the OS. Lmfao.

I don't know what wrong with that other exynos 4 note 2, but i got 16953 on antutu with mine
