It is an over-heating, battery draining SoC which cant be fixed by end users as there are no full kernel sources and device trees available by Mediatek and Xiaomi. Poco X6 Pro users are suffering still months after the phone launched

Also, it is not xiaomi exclusive, most phones running android 13+ have it(eg. realme, oneplus, motorola etc.). Not to mention, you can go as far as uninstalling it via hidden settings, an app available in play store, if you want to fully remove it from your system and not just disable it, no pc or other device required.

No way the Xiaomi 15 will be cheaper at launch than the Xiaomi 14 was and that was €1000 for the base 12gb 256gb model and €1100 for 512gb. You're definitely talking an extra €200 or so for the same storage model of Xiaomi 15 compared to the Xiaomi 14t pro

They are on pair, in performanse and efficiency, basically same chipsets. But i think that dimensity is slightly cheaper.

Xiaomi ads/apps can be disabled or removed even without third party pc programs.

Keep in mind this series price point is always underwhelming but you will find some good deals on it, I got my 13T for 250€ with a juicy trade in offer but even without I've seen multiple deals around 300 - 350€.
Same goes with all those phone "almost flagship", the honor 200 pro/realme GT 6/motorola 50 pro, the starting price is ridiculous, you can get a real flaship for that price only buy if it's discounted.

Frustrated people; they're in pain. I'm not gonna tell you the same thing. BUT! My Xiaomi 14 (and by god, this is not entry level!) comes with ads! Ads are pooring from all its holes. And before the hoards in pain come again screaming in others applause, I disabled them already. But this is a thing that should't happen on a product you bought and own. I am sorry for the people who were brainwashed into thinking that this is something normal. This, and the subscription an a thing you own, like bmw tried to pull with the warmed seats, these are an offense, and only the stvped people (as some people seem to put it) think this is somenthing normal.

Batteri Voltas, 31 Aug 2024You have a massive glass panel in the back that will break ... moreI'm currently using cheap Redmi Note 8 (2019) as a second phone and I couldn't care less about handling it, I dropped it onto rough asphalt at about 1 meter height yesterday and it's still fine, no crack or even blemish at both glass front and back, and plastic frame.
Modern phones are actually already so drop resistant that IP rating is redundant (except the water resistance).

You gotta compromise, and even then the Xiaomi T series is regarded as the true all rounder flagship killer just like how POCO F is considered gaming flagship killer.
If you want better spec then pay more, simple as.
Also it would be better to compare Realme GT 6 to Samsung S23/24 FE instead of comparing inter-segment like that.

I've never seen a metal frame cracking on a phone. I've seen countless glass backs breaking. You're just pulling excuses for cost cutting.
A phone costing this much shouldn't feel less premium than a OnePlus Nord 4.
