9fps on that FLIR

How many people commenting have actually used the phone?
I've had a Blackview BV9800 Pro for over 3½ years and had no issues whatsoever, paid £290 new and it does everything I want still except it is only 4G.
I also have the BL9000 Pro 5G, £300, for 10 months now and again have had no issues whatsoever.
There is not a comparison to a £1500 - £2000 phone - if that's what you want to spend on a phone then fine.
The Blackview rugged phones are designed for a specific market and are not for taking out in your clutch bag!!
I've used top of the range Samsung phones in the past and the average user will not notice the difference except the price and battery life - Blackview batteries are some of the best on the market hence the weight.

good, at least it comes equipped with 512Gb too.
      good productivity for longetivity,
      robust and looks futureproof
Dimensity 8020 chipset is good enough for work too.

      adequate camera, ultrawide too.

I like a lot about this phone - design, CPU, battery, memory sizes, charging speed, second screen, software and I could live with that mono video recording, even FLIR camera, though I don't need that, but boy 412 gr is a disaster. My 10' tablet weight less.
My honest advice to Blackview - please fit it into the pocket and you will have a perfect phone.

I've have a bv9300 best phone I ever had a couple of my mates and some of their family was so impressed they bought one themselves. I also really like the fact that you can fix the product yourself and it's really simple and easy yes I had to replace the charging port but that's was because I was being rough with it because it wasn't charging and broke it after realising the power was switched off. Lol 😂

The phone thickness is the same as my iPhone + rugged case (yes, I'm using rugged case for my iPhone and it feels so good). Not bad, good job 👍🏻

This is actually how rugged phone should cost and what performance specs it come with.
Around 700k antutu v10 is of that D8020 same as so for all SD 7 gen X

It should last for 10 years for sure to work with just the heat camera
Why get some special camera setup to just do the heat test while have a option to use it on this phone.. Kind of waste of money when you have already a feature on a phone that does the job
