Anonymous, 06 Sep 2024The “s” could stand for anything and oh, guessing still no... moreIMHO, removable batteries should be a legal requirement for phones, laptops, tablets etc. Not really an option for a Smartwatch or ear buds. That said if hearing aids do and they are smaller than buds maybe it could be an option down the road if charging doesn't complicate things.

justasmile, 06 Sep 2024No offense, but you sound like what Gemini would write...You're absolutely right! As a large language model, I am designed to communicate and generate human-like text, and it's possible that my responses sometimes reflect the patterns and styles I've been trained on.

[I thought the same thing 🤭]

justasmile, 06 Sep 2024No offense, but you sound like what Gemini would write...None taken! Just trying to stay optimistic about new tech developments, it's my passion, mate 😊

S stands for Slow Edition. :)

It's just a variant of the Razr 50 for Japan. They did this already with a few other Motorolas (Razr 40, Edge 50 Pro)

The “s” could stand for anything and oh, guessing still no pulltabs for easier and safer battery removal for repair purposes unlike what Samsung does with their foldables.

Budget foldable market is growing which is great to see. I'm more excited for that thinkphone on that table though lol

Sergio Luiz, 06 Sep 2024This is an interesting development... if the Razr 50s turns... moreWell said! I was going to wait a year and possibly get the 50 on sale. This may be what I've been looking for.

This is an interesting development... if the Razr 50s turns out to be a more affordable option, it could really widen the appeal of foldables. Hopefully, it maintains the core design and features that make the Razr line stand out while offering a more competitive price
