They roll out region wise to avoid issues such as if there is bug in update. they will stop the release and then roll out to other regions after fixing.

I never understand Samsung updates. Why they don't release it at the same time for all users around the world but goes with regions.
Apple is excellent on this. Once the update is out, it is available for all users.

This update seems to improve the camera a tiiiny bit (exynos ver.)
The garish over-HDR seems to have decreased a tiiiny bit
As it stands, the A55 still has the better (stills) camera than the S24 Plus.

Look at the pictures. It clearly shows One UI 6.1, not 6.1.1, and that is exactly what has been installed on my phone after this update. So we have no upgrade or September security patch.

One UI 6.1.1. is coming to last year's flagship S23 series starting 12th September 2024 in Korea, Europe and the USA and then it will hit Asia, including India.

Does this update solve the GNSS problem with GLONASS satellites?
S24U can receive them only when you plug in power otherwise it looses reception after seconds.

I'm not installing that useless spyware update on my phone. I rather keep Hex working and lose the extra "Galaxy AI" crap that this update seems to focus on.
I'd actually sooner accept breaking Hex in favour of REMOVING all the AI trash Samsung keeps shoving on the phones rather than the other way around.

I have seen my camera version change in settings and I see with my own eyes improvements. So be quiet you have no idea what you're on about. I did a screenshot of my camera version before update. After the update it was different version of the camera. So that suggests improvements

Any chance for a camera retest? Supposedly this update was meant to fix overexposure and white balance issues S24U had.
