I buy nothing but Samsung. Yet am so happy with any company taking the crowns from Samsung. That will push Samsung for real innovative flagship foldable instead of the garbage they are selling. No foldable for me till they are really worth it.

The "tri-fold" will expose part of the screen and that will be scratched very soon, unless you always put the phone in another case, which will make it a lot thicker anyway....

This phone folds in 2 places. It has 2 hinges so it's impossible to fold it 3 times. It's a bifold phone, not a trifold phone.

I'll shut the debate down and pretty quick. 10 in for a phone tablet is ridiculous when it is not solid enough and robust enough to use with a pen.
The other thing is that the Samsung Galaxy fold is still enough. I had it unfolded and set on mine the other day. Because Samsung is Samsung the phone screamed at me letting me know that it was about to suffer a catastrophic injury. If you have dinner panels does the Huawei alert you if you're about to break it? We'll just snapping pieces in your screwed? Yeah I'll take my $2,000 worth of quality engineering and durability

So... I got one saying:
>"2. China does NOT have the best infrastructure, unless you're talking about those most handled by the government
>
>The best road
>The best High way
>The best train
>The best Metro system
>The best HSR
>
>^^^^^^^^^^^
>This is the reason why China can make affordable product, BEST infrastructure of transportation
>
>The best affordable education
>The best affordable health care
>The best 5G
>The best fiber network
>
>^^^^^^^^^^
>This is the reason why innovation move at breath taking speed.
>
>", which is the suspicion by the U.S. about Huawei. Even so, define what you mean by "best" - the infrastructure would be used against other nations, more likely." This statement is COMPLETELY FALSE
>
>"3. While that may be what they're telling the world, the only real reason they value innovation is to use it against other countries." Tell me which country in the world that force other to their system?
...And another one saying:
>So much Western propaganda in your post.
>
>1. China is not overpopulated and have recently abolished their one child policy so families can have more than one child.
>
>2. China's economy is predicted to surpass the US economy this decade and is currently under threat of encirclement by the US and its cronies. The US spends more on its military each year than every other nation combined. Guess who the true warmongerer is.
>
>3. China's tech development is tied to its economic development.
>
>4. China's competitiveness stems from its policy shift from a socialist economy to an ultra capitalist/market economy over the past 3-4 decades, not because it wants to threaten its neighbours.
I think I found the Chinese sympathizers.
Look, I'm not gonna say that the United States, which I currently live in, as a general rule is blameless in its practices, especially considering the current administration in government. I'm just saying that China is not exactly trustworthy either, and if you think that China is the best country in the world in regards to innovations and philanthropy, you need to stop allowing yourselves to be spoon-fed whatever media outlets are suggesting that to you and find the truth.
As for whether China is trying to boost their military with technology in order to overtake other militaries, well...

Also, I just checked, and yes, China is very communist still. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Politics_of_China
...But all this has nothing to do with the phones, so I'm gonna let this rest here. Besides, it's getting a little too political, and I'd rather not be banned for arguing about such matters. I wouldn't even blame GSMArena for deleting all our posts right now, but I'm not going to pursue this any further.

I mean, i couldn't care less about frapple and samesung, but the reason is definetly not because chinese researched and discovered something west does not know about, more like, they ignore the problem, because well, they already sell ewaste on daily bases, and the west does not care about 3000watt charging too much, some need to actually innovate. But hey, look who's talking about gaslighting and keyboard warrior...if there has to be one between the 2 of us, well that's definetly the anonymous.
