So once again, a major bug in a major iOS update. In the major iPadOS update is bricked entire devices. I said it years ago when the M1 came out first, said it in the meantime and will keep saying so: Apple major updates are not usable without risk and sadly, they clearly are too greedy and lazy to test their updates extensively. I adored Apple back in the days for their fantastic software but issues like these have ruined them completely as a company to me, since the other arguments made for them do not make up for such potentially fatal flaws, not to mention the other downsides Apple products have.
