"Supposedly" the POCO X7 will be the rebrand of the Note 14 Pro, with an SD 7s gen 3 it will be a downgrade on performance compared to the 8300 Ultra on the X6 Pro.

Aierlan, 12 hours agoThat doesn't really make sense. Poco phones are rebran... moreYep, the Poco X6 Pro is basically just a rebranded Redmi K70E with a smaller battery and slower charging. So it's still technically a Redmi phone, but belonging to a different lineup than the Note series.
The Redmi K series are upper-midrange and flagship phones focused on performance, whereas the Redmi Note series are entry-level and mid-range phones focused on casual use and camera quality.
The Realme GT series are supposed to compete against the Redmi K series, whereas the Realme [number] series are supposed to compete with the Redmi Note series.

Redmi just has different ranges, the note series with weaker chips. Realme also has different ranges, some performance focused and some with better camera hardware. The Realme 13 Pro+ takes a similar approach to the Redmi note series (has a worse processor but better zoom with a periscope lens)

Anonymous, 14 hours agoI hate itI really do like it! I have the 13 Pro+ (the white one); it does the job well and I appreciate the finishing and design. I would buy the 14 Pro+, because I like it even better, but I simply can not keep it like that buying every phone I like.
Good job on it thought!
There's a lot of noise on the topic concerning the curved display. Well... I am one of those who like it, appreciate it, want it. I pay for it! Please understand that not all people thing the same.

Redmi note is long dead. The camera is the worst. IQOO is better for the same price. One Plus R phones are better if you spend a little extra.

Also, every other phone for the Note 14 Pro's price range, which is likely around $200 US dollars in China, still uses USB 2.0, so I don't know what you're expecting anyway.

Redmi phones are aimed for casual users and photographers, while Realme and Poco are aimed for power users and gamers.
