              At this point, both OnePlus and Oppo should start developing their custom Desktop Mode feature to rival the likes of Samsung DeX, Motorola Ready For, Honor Magic Desktop, and Huawei EMUI Desktop. There's no point giving 24GB RAM on smartphones if you can't fully utilize it as a true pocket computer. Even with 12GB RAM, it's not hard to see those who daily drives desktop Linux OS in Android smartphones.

                Meanwhile Samsung is stuck with 12gb ram. Must be 16gb at least. I love Samsung and have s24 plus. But low ram and slow charging are annoying.

                      What is not talked about enough is the screen. Oneplus is one of the few manufacturers that offers screen with decent PWM. I am sensitive to low PWM and the Samsung Note that had 250Hz PWM caused my eye fatigue and headache when viewed extensively. My Oneplus 11, 360Hz, does not cause any of that. Both Google (Pixel 9/Pro) and Apple (iPhone 15, non data yet on the 16) have 240Hz so not an option for me.

                      Oneplus 11 has some software hiccups, sure, but way less than my Samsung had. I don't recall ever having to restart my phone for anything other than system updates. It is also buttery smooth and does not seem to kill background apps (16GB version).

                      I intend to upgrade to 13 and if the 24GB version will be available in EU, go for that. Not that 16GB would not be enough but it would be funny to have more RAM in my phone than in my laptop...

                        Looking very much OnePlus 13 will be my next phone , held out OnePlus 12 because of the curved screen, looking like it's gonna have micro curved screen which is an improvement looking at the Xiaomi recent releases they also use micro curved and look flat and can use normal tempered glass protectors , 12gb/16gb ram is more than enough for my use

                        Another main reason is I can buy the Chinese version much cheaper and flash oxygen, hopefully should also support the bands like OnePlus 12 CN did

                                It's a buy from me I held out upgrading because of the deep curve on the OnePlus 12, 6000mah + micro curve it's a buy from me this time and I'll buy the Chinese version much cheaper and flash oxygen

                                      Makes the lazy people who optimize even more lazy. Even full windows 10 trough it's life time didnt need more then 8GB RAM and also played games no problems too.

                                      I still have 8GB RAM on my win 10 desktop with i5 4570 and no problems what so ever with multitasking that actually is multitasking

                                      My PC also fine with running 100GB in size games like Forza Horizon 5
                                      These mobile phone games dont even hold candle to that type of games
