They look identical, which kinda sucks as the XZ only looks good on pictures.

No Xenon flash, on screen keys, just 1/2.3" sensor size, cortoonish camera UI= no sales. It's sure Nokia Lumia 1020 beats it. Thumbs down.

That's like me saying nokia camera arent good cuz the nokia 3200 has one of the worst cameras ever.
Things do improve, u shud think about that. Plus how is it poor internals wit 2gig RAM n thw fastest gpu n cpu on the market??
How is the screen bad?? Basing ur judgements on solely on reviews. Checked it urself?? Am sure u hav never used a sony phone. Sony ericsson maybe but am sure u hav never used a Sony phone.
There may b a phone wit a better camera(eg nokia), may b a phone faster(possibly LG/Samsung), may b a phone that has a better screen(possibly LG or Samsung) or better audio(eg HTC) however i can assure u that there is no phone that's gonna have all this in one package.

wait a minute, have you looked at sony phones from 2012? They all keep similar design line, now in 2013 is this design. It is like when the xperia T came out then the Xperia V, they are almost identical but samsung is using the same design from way back in 2012, sony is not.

It looks OK but when Samsung released the S4, everybody: ”it looks almost the same as SIII”!!! But there were changes! Sony users said the same thing! Now, this Honami and Xperia Z are almost the same in design side but what will Sony's users say? Let me think: ”It is something complet different!” I hate this things!

Design and body is very good plus waterproof
( - ) not Amoled, the screen is too bright and view angle is bad. I sure it still use TFT Lcd
( - ) nothing improvisation in audio system.
( - ) i see 20mp camera is 20mp standart,
