                This is not a problem or a bug, but simply a sensitivity that's a little too high. Now, with a little care, even without a shell it's possible to hold the device correctly and not have this phenomenon. These phones with their ever-slimmer edges... this type of problem was obvious.

                By the way, Apple is not alone in facing a problem of this kind : the Pixel Pro XL encountered a similar problem just a few weeks ago.

                    This is a throwback to when iPhones would lose signal when touched and Apple had to sell cases for the devices in order to work properly. Do they not have any sort of Quality Control at Apple? I guess not.
