What is telephoto lens? I see many people requesting this feature.
What I expect from a phone is 2 camera sensors, not 4, not 8 pieces or more. One good macro sensor for close-ups and one good sensor for long range distances for zooming all the way to the moon.

It is a great upgra... moreApart from it's got slower charging and lower MP camera so until we see how the software processes photos, it might or might not be an upgrade and with how well the 12's perform I can't see there being a whole lot of noticeable gain. Honestly I would have kept my 12pro+ if I didn't get a Chinese rom version. Absolutely loved that phone and it could do it all. Now rocking the 13 pro+ and the only thing that I don't like about it is the curved screen and lack of 3.5mm. Besides that, it's great. Don't see myself getting a new phone for some years now.

It looks like the Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus model will have SD 7s Gen 3 and a 6200mAh battery with 90W charging.
This is just the Note 14 Pro+ though, Xiaomi haven't posted any details about the vanilla Note 14 and Note 14 Pro.

In contrast, the Note 13 series were promised to have 3 OS updates and 4 years of security patches.

Although I do like the design while not being innovative at all I do hate the fact that there's still usage of useless 2mp macro and dept bullshit... Please stop the already old and outdated craze of having as much cameras as possible, even if useless, just for the sake of having lot's of cameras.

Instead of 2mp give us better battery or anything useful. By now everyone knows about the shenanigans of 2 mp camera. STOP this. Your customer doesn’t want or need it. Stop forcing stupid ideas on your customers. I mean all companies not just xiaomi. Earlier it was good now we have 3 tiers of redmi note line. Who said this was good idea.
