The Pro+ model stands out with a Light Hunter 800 main camera and a large 6,200mAh silicon-carbon battery. Both have curved OLED displays with 12-bit colors and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection.

      Would be interesting to see loading times and game performance differences between 12 and 16gb versions,
      Lddr4x likely 4266 which is only 17gbps while lpddr5 might be 6400 and 25.6 gbps.

        Just get Poco F6. This camera is useless with mediocre soc like sd 7s gen 3. ISP is much weaker than in sd 8s gen 3.

Far inferior to the 200mp hp3 which was good on both of last year's models. The pro+ is using OV50e which is a good sensor and way better than the LYT600. The pro+ is good but the pro is disappointing especially for the camera cut backs. Makes complete sense to go for the pro+ for just 200rmb more (less than $30 more). Performance might be slightly worse on the pro+ though as the antutu score seems to be slightly lower than the dimensity 7200 ultra from the note 13 pro+ from last year (at least on the Chinese review I saw). Probably not a big difference in performance though

                  Xiaomi ...please..... stop the 2mpx macro lens 🐮💩 🥲🥲🥲

                    For the first time since Note 11 series, the Pro+ is a better deal than the base Pro. Looks like a solid one, will wait for reviews once it goes global but I'm looking forward to it.

                      Most important feature of a phone and it's not mentioned; headphone jack? And no dongle suggestions please.

                        I thought this feature was first introduced with the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 series (until the 8 series as well, where both the vanilla and Pro had it)?

                        And the 14 Pro+ also probably the first telephoto lens in Redmi series since the 10X Pro

                          No headphone jack
                          No microSD
                          No FM radio
                          And now no charger either!!

                          I wonder what they'll remove next? Maybe the battery..?

                          I've been an android user my whole life, but honestly might as well just get an iPhone nowadays. No ads in iOS either
