My Moto G82 is better than this and so is the Moto G84. The 6 gen 3 is just another 695 clone and I can speak from first hand experience that the chip is not holding up well after 2 years!

A good 120hz IPS LCD panel will be the better option for phones......The way people facing line issues in amoled panels......needs to come out with more LCD panels more model among all brands till that amoled issue get solved.......I too was a victim of this with my S22+ which the service centre told me to change display and I have to pay as it was out of warranty at that time........I'm planning to replace my father's Moto G84 with this because G84 has an oled panel and only a month warranty left on my father's phone.

Hackbox, 01 Oct 2024In 2024, G75 Phone with LCD. Not acceptable. G71 and G72... moreLCD is an ideal choice. Phones with CRAPOLED screens cause headaches and eye strain. And not small number of people are affected. Still find it puzzling that such a faulty screen technology was pushed on to the market without thorough testing.

Finally a phone that has everything I need
I currently have a Nokia xr21 and need to upgrade due to sluggish performance. I want ip68 and an LCD display because it's kinder for my eyes than OLED that uses PWM, I also want WiFi 6, 5g and a decent camera
All that's missing is a 3.5mm jack
Thank you Motorola, very happy

Good software support from Lenovo, never thought I‘d see that. We live in strange times where some budget to mid range phones have better support than high end from other brands (e.g. Sony)

OSasmatteroffact, 01 Oct 2024The 6G3 is just OC version of 6G1, everything else just the... moreJust because SoC's memory controller supports faster storage doesn't mean phone OEM is going to use it.
It's officially on Motorola product page that storage is 256GB UFS 2.2, and that can be expanded with up to 1TB microSD card.

No headphone jack. Why?!
And yet, speakers a "Hi-Res Audio" certified. What does that even mean?
Display has up to 1000 nits and almost fully covers DCI-P3, but is not HDR certified...
It has Smart Connect feature which has Edge series.
No charger in any European country.
5 OS upgrades and 6 years of security updates is officially posted on Motorola Serbia product page.

5 OS updates is fine for one who wish to keep that phone for that long.
If the hardware will last that long it can be impressive and it could because unlike brands like Samsung, Oppo, *Vivo, Realme etc. Motorola does not run any bloatware UI.

The 6G3 is just OC version of 6G1, everything else just the same except for its support only of UFS 3.1 which makes it weird that this phone uses UFS 2.2, either this article has a typo or the article about the 6G3 GSMarena wrote has a typo
