Apple now assembling iPhone 16 series in India

Most people do not get that it says "assembled". So any quality issues in the components are originating in the factories in China. The only things that could be different are sealing or connection between components.

            So far no major issues reported in iPhone 16 series. Glad MII going to further strengthen this trend. Still iPhone prices are very high compared to other countries though tariff has been lifted for iPhones. Consumers yet to see the benefits.

                    There was Quality Control issues with iPhones manufactured in India last year, now there are Quality Control issues being reported again.

                      Well the benefits never trickle down to the consumers

                          jiyen235, 04 Oct 2024what's your point????Point is that if Apple gets 200% tax cause they have no factories in USA then that is what customers need to pay for their product as 200% price rise.
                          But i dont think they will do it cause it's a American brand so for them it's good to have factories in other countries so they can get the maximum profit
