S... moreI mean it could be worse and be Samsung, the only ones I see trying to push forward are the Chinese brands, and you see Samsung with even less while increasing the cost each time and still people buying them
Also imo really no need to be upgrading every year , I myself have the Xiaomi mi 11 for 3 years looking to upgrade to OnePlus 13 so that will be a nice noticeable jump especially battery life

O ly complain is Android auto fallig out sometimes.

If they use 4th camera ring as the flashlight like previous ones, it will give a cheap look for the device.

All the Chinese competition for the new generation of flagships will have bigger batteries. I think any Chinese phone without a significant increase in battery capacity will be slated by the public in China this year

Some leakers in China are saying the pro will use the OV50k (rebranded as light hunter as usual) and the Xiaomi 15 will stick with the OV50H (aka light hunter 900). The leaks i am referring to though are probably a month or two ago so not sure what what the latest Chinese leakers are saying about the pro. It's pretty much confirmed though the Xiaomi 15 will use the same main sensor as the Xiaomi 14. The Honor magic 6 ultimate is already using the OV50K. Anyway, once the Chinese holidays are over next Tuesday the last leaks will be coming thick and fast. October is a big month for phone launches

-under-display selfie l; if that's too radical, at least make under-display Face ID sensors
-micro LED display (ok, that's radical, maybe for Xiaomi 20)
-anti-reflection display coating
-24gb RAM for top version, 16 as standard
-ultrasonic fingerprint sensor with much larger sensor area, as seen on vivo x80 pro plus
-8k@30 fps via all rear cameras without the need to pause video to switch lenses
-actually smooth zooming a la iPhone, but even smoother (we do have 3 nm chips, what good are they if they can't do such a rudimentary thing)
There are plenty of stuff to innovate, but it's easier to grab same amounts of cash year by year with minimal work.
You can say "but with your list the phones would have exorbitant price tags"
Well, doh?? These are FLAGSHIP phones, they are meant to be best of the best, of course that comes with price.
Only with the introduction of iPhone were flagships selling like hot cakes, before it low end and mid range were the actual top sellers and money makers (Nokia 1100 is still the best selling phone of all times). Focusing all their hopes on flagship sales is one of the downfalls of current smartphone state of boredom.

There are three leica cameras on the back but I saw four circular holes on that camera bump? The flash located outside of it. So the fourth hole for decoration only?
