The 200Mx telephoto looks very good, particularly the picture of the clock where you can see the brand name in Azbuka (Russian) and *in cursive* very nicely and cleanly saying Beleganov...
Yet, throttling down to 65% just wipes out the performance gains of the Mediatek D9400.
The X100 Ultra has a much better thermal management and the im(not so)ho the Ultra is a better choice particularly as the prices are very much the same.
If you prefer Origin OS5 then X100 U should be released with it in Nov. 2024.

- 8K video recording like the x100?... moreI wouldn't have even been so mad if they did a 1/1.14"-type stacked sensor (a.k.a the as of yet unreleased Sony IMX907), since that would've been almost just as good as a regular 1"-type sensor. This 1/1.28"-type Sony LYT-818 sensor just seems like a massive downgrade, even if it has the capability to show HDR on photos while they're being taken (which they call Live Preview).
The floating lens elements like on the Vivo X100 Ultra, on the other hand, will almost certainly be on the Vivo X200 Pro.

guys will the x200 ultra be a lot better than the x100 ultra if i am planning to use the main camera mostly under daylight conditions ?
Camera Hardware wise will the x200 U be a big upgrade ?

The second mountain photo looks half-fake. There are lots of spots where there's an AI-generated pattern on the snow and also lots of places with lower resolution.
