Samsung expecting someone to pay 380€ for only 4+64GB tablet? That looks more like scam than a deal. RAM is not enough to run more than 1 app, and 64GB is probably ancient slow eMMC. One year ago, I bought Alldocube tablet in Germany, it has 8+256GB UFS2.2, and that costed only 160€.
Only people with zero tech knowledge will buy underpowered Samsung device.
