It's not an obvious upgrade compared to the X50.

jrant, 09 Oct 2024This can't be right as the SD6G1 from the previous mod... moreWell, the D7025 didn't have Vulkan support at all, just like D7020 which means there's no HD photo uploads in Messenger and even worse gaming performance than G99 especially in COD Warzone and Farlight 84 because of the loss of Vulkan API from 6 Gen 1. Anyways, HONOR X50/X9b performs way better (because it's got Vulkan) than that upcoming X60/X9c.

This can't be right as the SD6G1 from the previous model (X50/X9b) actually performs slightly better than the 7025? Are they really that desperate to push the Pro model

A bit underwhelming in terms of upgrades. Honor's attitude must be, 'the x50 was the best selling midranger in China over the last 12 months so let's basically launch the same phone again with few changes'. If it ain't broke don't fix it type of approach.

What's up with brands purposefully downgrading their phones? Omitting a handful of features isn't concerning, but downgrading phones on purpose when technology is supposed to evolve, is irony at its finest.
