Lost everything. Contacts, messages, email. Cant make calls, cant receive calls. Downloaded again to reinstall and it says now that the server is unavailable. Never experienced this before, no help or support. Time to go Blackberry.

Wish I hadnt updated. Lost all my text history and all my email account details . I am not a techie and I'm totally stressed by it and really angry at Blackberry. If they knew there was a problem why didn't they do something about it. Has anyone got any suggestions. Please!

It has killed my texting capability. Unless there's a fix today, I'll try to upload the old OS tonight... not happy.

Love BB for sticking with qwerty full marks for that but i want reverb app and cant get one or buy one..Its always the same W8 and BB lack apps i want so no good to me even thoi like them..Everyone has to have a smartfone that suites their needs and if it doesn't its a fail for them.

I like bb10 but blackberry got it wrong with the pricing they should just open up the os like bbm to other phone makers.

I don't the US will always have to wait for so long to get any BB update,doesnt make sense at all.. Im switching whenever I get the chance.

BB OS 10 itself is a big joke. Z10 & Q10, nobody purchased these overpriced, outdated models. Q5 is also overpriced, outdated model but that is not even mentioned in the update as it is low cost (overpriced) handset for them. Apps & games available elsewhere (Android/IOS) are paid in BBRY. WHY?
BBRY can't give OS 10 to their own Playbook after repeated promises. How can we believe on BBRY that after purchasing these overpriced, outdated handsets, they will support in future?
Next joke is A10, another overpriced, outdated model.
In 2014, BBRY will be history.
