At this rate, I'd consider using some automatic backup app for camera files, with TB storage ($65) and raspberry pi ($35) server at home.

look for holofonia, and then you'll hear that kind of sounds, u must hear those examples using hearphones to get the essence of the technique.

Besides, even if using 6 of the 16GB for photograpy - that makes for more than 3000 images. not much left for games and other stuff though.
Considering it will record in 1080p60, I'm sure we won't be limited to 16GB.
The Droid Ultra is a Verizon phone and they want you to use their largest data subscription. Hence the low internal memory. At least that's my guess.

I'm actually very excited for this phone, it looks promising. And by the way, for the people who are confused about where it was designed and manufactured, I believe the parts are made in Hong Kong, designed in America and then assembled in America. Which would make the Moto X the first smartphone ever assembled in the US.

Really great compliments for Motorola, for everything and mostly if they will introduce for the firs time on a smartphone the technology of the 1080p@60fps.and so hope that all the other brands will follow,and so every flagships smartphones will adopt this technology to became the standard.and compliments as well, to LG G2 or Galaxy Note 3, if they will introduce the 3GB RAM.because all this upgrades and innovations will really make the future of the smartphone s really bright!!!!!!!!!!!.compliments for all the new upgrades and innovations!!!!!!!!!

At least apple know how to value storage.
"For 100$ more, you get twice as much storage, so you can have enjoy twice as much applications" (they do not need to get calculative like 16gb = 100$ BS.. anyway the jump from 32 to 64 is 32gb)
As opposed to blind spec chasers, who are willing goes for that .1% faster for more then 200$ price difference... Totally meaningless.
And you can see Samsung playing that trick to end users.. colors/s600 to s800/ LTE-A BS.. which does not give much additional values.. only hurt your pocket more.
If motorola x has slot/64gb.. then its ok.. else no thanks.

What good is a camera if it does not have support from more storage??
What good is an application if it cannot install into the phone because of storage constrains?
What good is a phone if it cannot be enjoyed unless you maintain its storage every single day??

60fps is good because even the s4 video camera samples shows some stutter...

The camcorder will use pixel binning, combining information from 4 pixels to reduce noise and provide clearer videos.

Starting to be intrigued by this phone now,,if it has some good audio like 3d surround sound music player for me and decent price,mmm may buy one.
