I wish that the smart watch/fitness band manufacturers realized that there is no advantage in making the displays curved and that it is more annoying for the consumers that might want to put a screen protector on them...

Redmi is a mid-range and (xiaomi) Mi is level higher than Redmi.
price difference will be there too.

What's so "Pro" about the Mi Band 9 Pro? If it has embedded E-Sim, speaker, NFC for GXBank & TnG eWallet, 30 days of normal usage with 2 months of standby time, then it can be called Pro. Otherwise, meh.

Xioami Smart Band watches are nice, but they'd be much better if they fixed the stupid watch faces. The whole active watch face and AOD watch face arrangement is a total trainwreck. You like one watch face and you'd like to use it as AOD one and the AOD turns out to be something entirely different. You can have analog watch face and AOD is a digital one. And you can't change any of it. Also some AOD watch faces are same design as the active one and others just use generic analog or digital that looks horrible and has no hour markings so you can barely tell where hands are pointing at. Jesus christ Chinese makers, fix your s**t. I know it's a cheap smart band, but it's at 9th generation and you'd expect they'd fix any of it, but nope, still same old idiocies.
Also the fact at least Smart Band 7 Pro comes with 5 watch faces hardcoded into the watch and only allows you to install 2 of your own extra is just insane. Out of those 5, literally none of them is of my liking and they do that weird analog active watch face with generic analog AOD without any markings. There are few that have same active and AOD, but you can only install 2-3 at best depending on their size. Such bizarre and nonsensical design that could be improved 100 times if they allowed users to remove all watch faces except last one. And then it would be down to user to pick which ones they like. Instead you're at mercy of Xiaomi to force you some stupid ugly watch faces that take up 3/4 of tiny watch's memory space.

Not bad but already bought galaxy watch 6 classic. Very cool watch with real os and premium build quality. Only disadvantage is short battery life. Had mi band 6 in the past. Still works. Gave it to my sister. She is happy. Battery life is insane.
