What happened to that Omnivision OV50K sensor? We've been hearing about it for over a year, but every phone that was supposed to have it just... doesn't. The sensor is nowhere to be seen.

        Should be a significant improvement on the 14 pro anyway. Finally a periscope and a large battery. Battery size and mediocre cameras for the price were the two major drawbacks for the Xiaomi 14 pro and the battery should be large this time plus probably a small upgrade in cameras. Design looks pretty similar to last year

I buy a phone each year, last 4 years i bought S ultra, and now have the S24U and im so tired of it. Minor, tiny upgrades in each release and higher prices each year.
                I tak a break for sammy now, feel like an idiot when i buying theis shit and i am yes.

                  Do people expect radically new design on each and every new iteration or not deviate too much from their own regular design identity? Idk how else you can make it more exciting on a rectangular slab, tbh. Maybe some of you designers could share some of your design ideas?

I too happen to dislike the phone's looks from the bits we saw so far as well, and it's ok not to like it, lol.

Also, from my own experience, the IR remote controller apps don't support all brands and all models. LG's own remote controller app had "learn" option, so it could copy the original remote's signal by pointing to the phone's emitter. However, I've had other phones with IR and don't have such option
