Grossly overpriced for incremental updates, many monies will be earmarked for the fruit logo alone no doubt.
And as always, purposefully gimped so that it's unable to run MacOS apps natively, just so Apple can maximize+++ its profit margins.

This is such a letdown.
We waited so long for a meh product at a rip-off price. This release makes the AYN Odin2 look like a stellar product.
It would have been much better if Apple released the iPad Mini 7 back in Q1-2023 and it had the M1 processor. That would put it just above the A18 Pro in terms of performance, and we would have enjoyed it for 2-years extra on the market. Remember that Apple did already do a similar move with their "budget" iPad Air. On the plus side, having the M1 back then would've let the device last a decently long time, and not be "downgraded" to an Apple A-x chipset later. So we may have seen the iPad Mini 8 maybe four years later (Q4-2026) with the Base M4 chipset, or something like that. That would have been awesome.
Apple is not serving the market for "Mini" Phones or Tablets, but they are for PCs and Laptops. Apple is going all-in for the "Max" sized devices for Phones, Tablets, and Laptops... but not for PCs. It is just weird.
