These are the no-frills option for someone who just wants a simple pair of earbuds for the everyday commute or workout without having to shell out a fortune on features they don't need.

    What is this? A hearing aid for old people? That's what it looks like. Don't believe me? Just search for 'hearing aid' on temu or alibaba and you will see it looks exactly the same. It even comes in the same box.

      Lister, 22 Oct 2024Anker make some good audio products, but better than Sony? Yes, have Sony products, soundcore, redmi buds, pioneer, yamaha. Pioneer and Yamaha are the top in sound quality with amps, Sony is midrange in amps and hifi and very good with speakers. In headphones sony is pretty good but its funny to say that soundcore sounds the same if not better and have way better battery life and redmi buds are alike one step behind in sound quality but not that loud like sony or soundcore. Sony has a bit better noise cancelling. And price is way less in both soundcore and redmi. If you take same price range sony and soundcore, soundcore wins without doubt. Redmi buds are good for the price with everything and probably will be better that most of the bus in that 50-60€ prace range esp with sound quality where redmi is quite good for that price.

          They seem fine, though I definitely will be waiting for a price drop on these. Personally don't care for stuff like in-ear detection for automatic play/pause because let's face it, it wouldn't work well at this price point and I doubt you'd be able to keep it on without it malfunctioning and pausing your music when the bud is still in your ear. I appreciate that they've made basic earbuds and will pick them up once the price drops, they seem like a worthy successor to WF-C500s.

            Sound like a 10$ worth headset and worse it come with physical button to press when it stick in you ears? Lol. Sure it got sony branding but it is useless when warranty service barely applicable for this kind of product not to mention you have to actually find a sony service center in your city.

                rizki1, 21 Oct 2024$100 for an entry level earbuds is a joke..They C500 was always on sale at $70 which is fair. I bought at Panamerica in Bogota but the same sale was on US Amazon and it's lasted three years now.

                  Soundcore destroys most of sony headphones/earphones for third of the price...

                    The redmi buds 5 pro sound awful and the ANC is mid to say the least.
                    Get the Earfun Air Pro 3 if you need ANC at this price point.
