Techtablets said the screen is fla... moreThat's what micro curve is , display area is flat , bezel has micro curve it's better for swiping finger on and off screen so best of both , I'm glad they have gone away from the deep curves and it's reflection and hassle finding tempered glass protectors, my current phone is curved screen never again

So the curves are super small, if you saw Vincent's video completely you wouldn't have had any questions, he laid the phone down and showed you a side profile view. It's flat everywhere except for the extreme edges, even then the curve is super small, thus micro.
If you're unsure of it, just go try it in a store if one of these phones is available near you, if not then don't worry too much about it, i've used curved screens since the S7 Edge and nothing really happened, although i care for my tech stuff a lot more than the average person lol

It reminds me of mid range or budget phones going back about 5-7 years ago where the screen used to stick out of the main body and wasn't directly in line with the body of the phone.
Not sure how to feel about this as of yet even though I feel that a flat screen is the best.

I really wished they either used a bigger main sensor or used a brighter lens, like Xiaomi 14 Pro did(f1.4). But we will see.
I still think that my OP12 shoots great photos, i just wished the video was a bit better.

Bad ui. Apple ui is trash. Apple needs better UI designers so that One plus will have better source to copy from. Apple designers are too lazy. /s

Demonicale, 24 Oct 2024Exactly, I wish people would educate themselves over this.apple had large notch/island (face ID) compared to android. So they made use of it. There is obsolutely no point for android phones to incorporate these dynamic island features except to make users feel like they are similar to Apple. These Chinese smartphones have no identity including OnePlus (it used to have with Oxygen OS but not anymore). Always try to compete with apple or samsung.

Anyway even Honor copied from LG and left it half baked and now audacity to call Apple copied from them. Tbh Apple implemented better and made it popular. So now all Chinese phone are copying.
Also Apple's dynamic island is first for pill cut out/notch at center and had more useful features than previous half baked versions.
