Why does your post get positive reacti... moreThat's where the industry is moving towards, and the industry is moved, ultimately, by whatever people want to have, in some ways more than others, because otherwise you wouldn't be able to sell your products, or at least not in the numbers you as a company would like.

So the fact that everyone is trying symmetrical bezels tells you that people actually do want that, and those who want or don't mind a chin are the overwhelming minority at this point, so it's not worth catering to them, not for this price bracket at least.

    as long as the phone is below 200grams it works for me

    iPhone 16 Pro looks quite perfect with 6.3" screen at 19.5:9
    Personally I think that screen is better than 6.36" at 20:9 on Xiaomi 14/15

      There are many ppl who rather have the extra screen protection from the frame so the phone doesn't break down so easily. And don't mind the chin. I am 1 of them and i know more. I think it's an extra bonus and makes me want it even more.

      You don't want, nor like it and that's ok. But just stop this. The world isn't only filled with trend-following teens or people who just get stuck there. There are phones which i don't like, but still I'm happy they're made. If they were made it all the same, alot of people won't be happy with it and there won't be anything new ever again.

        was wrong, no 230mm equivalent camera.

          IpsDisplay, 24 Oct 2024It's not a big dealYou kinda expect symmetrical, slim bezels from flagships at this point. Everyone's doing it. It's not befitting of a flagship to have a bottom chin these days, let alone on a near or over $1.000 one.

                            They regular is more beautiful than Pro the pro is ugly idk why oppo released Pro instead of Ultra I really like find x7 ultra and regular x8 but i can’t to wait until the find x8 ultra lunch probably I will go to oneplus 13 ( I don’t like the design of oneplus 13 but i have no choice)
