        P C M, 26 Oct 2024You can count, right???TV Resolution is different than Mobile Resolution. a 720x1620 phone is a 720p resolution phone. These are usually found on super cheap disposable phones. Most phones are 1080p phones that have a resolution of 1080x2460.
        Most Flagships have a resolution of 1440x3200 which is called 2K or QHD since the TV resolution of 2K is 1440x2040 although it makes more sense to call it 1440p since Horizontal Resolution is what matters but TVs have marketed this term since. It's the same for 4K.
        Flagships that have a 1644x3840 resolution are called for 4K and the same goes for 2160x3840 phones due to aspect ratio.
        The last 4K Resolution Phone ever released was the Sony Xperia 1 V last year. The last 4K phone with the same aspect ratio as a TV is the Sony Xperia Z2 Premium.

              Darth Caesium, 26 Oct 2024Even then, I find that I only occasionally feel like I woul... moreThe best this'll have is a 1/2" telephoto cam, and imo that's only going back to the mi 10 ultra days, and it's not having even better hardware than that phone either, no 1/1.12" sensor, no good intermediate zoom, no 1/2" UW cam. An Ultra from 2021 is better than today's Pro or at the very least on par.

              My point is, they should've had a 2-3.5x intermediate zoom and/or a better UW cam in there. Zoom consistency is sorely lacking in most of these phones especially due to the UW cam.

                        I would get this but local retailers are refusing to get anything Xiaomi in stock as long they keep selling in russia.
                        What a load of double standard bulsht.
                        Xiaomi's have been the most reliable phones i ever had.
                        Sure i could import it my self but local operator deals usually have sezo interest rates

It is still a nice-to-have though, and I bet that if it used a large sensor like the Oppo Find X7 Ultra, I would definitely use such a zoom length more often.

                              Damn we might finally get some innovation in batteries after decades of stagnation.
                              I'm liking these denser batteries already.
                              That's a whopping 25% jump in capacity for the 15 Pro and 20% for the 15.
