      If the G5 is a hit, then it sounds like the G6 will be a beast! I don't need all that extra stuff though, so I'm perfectly fine with my P9P.

        AS companies are now announcing future features in future phones, this must mean that the hardware, tech & software already exist and we therefore are buying phones that according to this Google leak, are ALREADY two years out of date.
        In the case of the iPhone, for example, photographers NEED a whole shopping list of improvements like sensors with genuinely 48MP actual resolution , rather than a quad-bayer 48MP , which is only 12MP in fact on a 4:3 format sensor, because resolution disappears as you zoom between the focal length of one lens, and the next.
        Look how many years it took Apple to move from 8MP even to 12MP, and now that Google have a large share of the market they boldly announce to us all that, like Samsung, Apple and the rest, that what they ask so much money for is already completely obsolete,
