Iqoo will launch a NEO phone with dimensity 9400 which will be a lot cheaper but that's more of just a gaming phone and it won't be available until later in any case. When this is launched it will be the cheapest phone with either snapdragon 8 elite or Dimensity 9400. For cheaper flagships you have to go to models with the last generation of snapdgragon and dimensity chips.

I saw on The Tech Chap channel and the X100 Pro and OnePlus 12 got the best battery life.

Hope GSMArena do receive the phone and review the battery test..this is the largest battery mAh phone with flagship SoC other than Nubia..I would pick any flagship phone that give me the best battery performance(others remains 5.9-6.1kmah)...
