Zen Moon, 02 Nov 2024Same for me I am an Asian with small palm and had been using huawei Mate 20 X 4G later upgraded to mate 20X 5G, both of them served me well but too bad mate 20X 5G was too old in terms of hardware and software.
Using vivo X note 7" now and really missed my huawei mate 20X with 7.2" screen, to be honest, 7.2" was still small for me,7.5" is the sweet screen size due to the aspect ratio of the current phones' screen.

If Redmagic brings back the rounded things like the visible rounded notch on front, rounded corners, and pill shaped camera bump on the back, then I'm not going to buy this phone. Redmagic 8, and 9 had the best and unique designs!

Wait, so no news on whether it uses an altered version of the SD 8 elite or what? I thought SD was partnering with multiple brands this generation and that there will be more then just one tweaked version of their top of line chipset.

They are competing with Asus to make the most boring phone.
So far, it will be irrelevant if you take "gaming" phone or some Oppo or One Plus.
They will have almost the same performance.

From the specs that is rumored, it seems that the regular pro model will keep the same 6.8inch and 6500 battery capacity while non gaming phones have already reached the same battery capacity and 6.9inch screen. I think Red magic is focusing all their efforts in the ultra and not enough in the other models.

If it will be a 7.5 inch as previous rumors said, a 7000mah battery will not be enough. Other none gaming phones have already reached 6500mah battery capacity with a smaller screen size. A 7.5 inch screen should have 7500mah + battery capacity.
