so another hige display I won't buy, no thanks, why they can't produce something with at least same dimensions as Pixel 8, but inferior hardware?

Anonymous, 31 Oct 2024Yes, but its screen sounds hollow when you tap it. 🙁So does Pixel 8 Pro and 7 Pro and 6 Pro. But the 8 Pro when dropped in a test never even shattered once on both sides. The iPhone does the same and sounding hollow doesn't mean anything bad

This is horrible because if the Pixel 'a' will no longer be compact then this will just be another brick. Opting for the more compact 8a is not a bad idea especially considering that it still has about 6 years of updates left.

18W charging in this day and age (for any phone) is disgraceful, let alone a $500 device. But...we have flagships above $1000 with 25-30W so i'm not shocked.
