i really like clamshell phone, it always looks fashionable and style. I hope that Samsung would bring this phone to worldwide so everyone who loves clamshell phone would get this phone for their desire of having a style phone with updated technologies inside. Support Samsung this phone.

yes, i would like to have one of those.
    nothing can beat real buttons.
although i prefer phone with slide keypad, but clamshell phone is ok.
beside i'm getting bored with the touchscreen device. they all look the same.

btw, the Korean user manual (PDF) for this phone is already available.
you can try search for SHV-E400K in Samsung website.

So long.... is it usable...? Looks like it will drain battery and heavy.. and a joke to place on the ear... Both are reasons to use folding phones in the first place.

if samsung release it worldwide, it is a BEST SELLING item. Many old people, or kids prefer the keypad with ANDROID. It will really be a best selling item as nowadays uses android which is the top1 mobile os. Hope sammy do an international version.

Apart from old school retro style that clamshell phones have, there is actually nothing special about them. I would love to have a phone that has a lid for itself but I don't know about this one.
                                Apparently it's not cheap either.
Not a success in the market I guess.

Love the design, its unique and will sell in 3rd world country. But the problem is this cell doesnt need such high specs. If this were to be a dualcore and in 150-200$ [sim free] price its gonna sell like hot cake!
But its a fail this time, well done samsung -.-

Clamshell is crap! Moving parts always had reliability issues. And why waste space with numeric keypad instead of screen???? There are already lots of good qwerty phones out there.
It prolly weights a ton and is targeting a specific group like older or blind people that need big number keys and quad cores to play their braille games.
