I like how chinese phone companies are innovating in many areas, like battery charging speeds, increased capacity / life cycles, water resistance, and overall durability of the device.

Samsung meanwhile, zero innovations. Nothing new. Same design every year, slapped with some exynos processor. It's really boring. It's almost like they've become stagnant lately. Copying apple is all they do

Goodness~ the same processor? And the price, erghhhh..
I expected more from Honor, I waited quite long for this.
Man~ I expected them to upgrade the processor, what a letdown lol.

This price is criminal... better to buy an Redmi Note 14 Pro

              2m drop resistance*

*the screen may shatter, the frame and back might get ugly scratches and dents and on some occasions it might fail entirely. No warranty claims will be accepted.

Rebranded X60 Pro, nothing special, and very overpriced for what it offers

Wingtech didn't want to weigh down their Samsung-branded lineup of phones due to using the rather outdated Li-Ion batteries with lower energy density, as well as higher explosion and ballooning rates, so it's understandable why they didn't go for higher capacity batteries.

It would've been far acceptable, if they upgraded the ultrawide and featured at least a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 instead of this hot mess. At least, the battery at this weight deserves a honorable mention (pun intended).

we're getting closer to the Galaxy M51 levels of battery size. LES GOOO

I wonder, why didn't other manufacturers aim to hit 7000-ish mah after that. Samsung nerfed the M3x series from 6k mah to 5k mah, and also nuked the m5x series to 6k mah. The Galaxy F62 was the last one with 7k mah battery i think

Can't wait for the Honor X9z in 2050!

Darth Caesium, 11 hours agoI was about to say great phone for the price, and then I re... moreYeah, why don't they pair it up with dimensity 7300? They probably overstocked on 6 gen 1. Also it says 8+2 for color depth, so it isn't true 10-bit panel

                              5mp ultrawide lmao

I was about to say great phone for the price, and then I reread the thing to find that this thing is $345! 6 Gen 1 shouldn't be on a phone at this price, it's criminal. Same for the 5MP ultrawide (even 8MP is stingy here). On the plus side, the display is great, the 66W wired charging is great, the 6,600mAh battery is really good, the RAM and storage are great if not mind-blowing, and it does use premium materials. IP65M is disappointing when Honor has done IP69 on cheaper phones, and wouldn't be disappointing if not for the fact that this phone is clearly focused on durability and materials (though it still has a curved screen?!?🤯). I have mixed feelings about this phone.
