403 Forbidden, 4 hours agoTo beat Samsung, you must do it on the Samsung way.
Samsun... morelong software support started with apple and it gave a significant competitive advantage. back in 2010s, people would use iphones for 5-6 years when android flagships died after 2-3 years. that is one of the reason why, 2-3 year old iphone models are still valuable due to ongoing support. so, google and samsung followed their way. more brands focus on this trend and it is a good thing for us to keep receiving new features years after we buy our phones.
samsung has always announced the newest UI with new S flagship releases. this time it will be s25. however, some competitors are not as slow as before now. so, samsung kind of looks slow this year to my observation.

On a side note overall very happy with the 15 update .

Samsung "used to" be good at software update. That's not really the case with this Android 15 update, for some weird reason.

very nice to see Chinese brands focus on software support of their devices. this was not the case a few years ago. oneplus had serious optimization problems before. hope they invest enough to deliver a flagship worthy experience.

A number of OEMs are beating Samsung to the party this time around. Xiaomi and now OP. I think I've seen others, but they might be other BBK phones.

hmm i'd say having at least circle to search would've been helpful to make the normies seethe at the fact that even Oneplus has super fast updates AND the coveted feature they like to dunk on Oneplus for not having.
