I love my z ultra, takes good daylight pics to!!! Bought as phablet not camera 🎥 it's size and features far outweigh it's lack of flash

But it you put off the extra picky brightness limit, All colours all vibrant! Actually the Red is beautifull. One of the best red I have ever seen, without the Super Amoled colour mixups.

Xperia z, 06 Aug 2013Xperia z is waaaaay better than this shit......it doesnt ev... moreI have the Z Ultra. Everything is true. Is the best Smartphone in the World with one of the worst Camera. Well, actually it does pretty good pictures. The camera is not that bad, BUT it can make EXCELENT videos!
Why people with the Note 3 preffer the Z Ultra? Because most big screen Phones think they are little and everything is Zoomed up as it you had bad sight, BUT the Xperia Z Ultra thinks different: It shows more, and has more of a resolution of Tablet.
Every previous phone I had I have always tried to change the DPI with either bricking it, or have horrible visual error if I did manage to do it.
The Z Ultra is the first phone I have that does make use of a good DPI for a Big Screen with no problems :)
Please suggest any other big Screen phone with Good DPI handling to consider, I am always open to new phones, but until I find a Better one, I love the Water Proof and Docks, and Book like cases for my Z Ultra. It looks like a small write pad for a pocket, with all the information in the world in it.
Did I mention that all this makes for a good Table replacement?

Well I have the samsung galaxy mega 6.3 and I like this phone its a big wide sreen very appealing to the eye but far as the xperia z ultra looking at it,its a nice big long phone and I was very tempted to get it for myself if /when it comes to the united states if it already didnt but it has no flash plus is the color really that good besides to me if you are going to get a big expensive phone it suppose to have everything and more why get something huge when it has poor quality in some ways yet a smaller phone can have more features on it then a phone that is bigger yeah to me its a waste of money.No a phone is a phone not a camera or a radio or tv for the speaker to be loud but to me if you are gonna go all out ya pocket for a simple phone you better make sure it has everything on it ,im not sayin the mega has everything that it doesn't but I can honestly say the quality is pretty good the speaker is really loud and the camera is really good plus flash plus the biggness of the phone so I have no complaints but dont get me wrong the xperia ultra z is a nice phone but its not all that in feature wise to me a phone that big and expensive should have flash ..good battery life,loud/good sound and very clear and perfect picture so im good with my mega ♥

the speaker is weak i would prefer stereo sound but the camera is very good because it has HDR photo and video.secondly has got EXMOR RS for mobile.because it has big screen it is not want led flash.
I believe that this phablet is very good

Every one talking about the flash, but does any one know about the sound ??? Its so low that you cant notice the ring of the phone too. You will not hear the ringtone too.
Second, the camera quality is so low that i am surprised. Even it is HDR lens/camera, the picture quality from camera is horrible.

For everyone finding the lack of LED light frustrating:
I feel the same frustration dude. I understand you.
But I've just came up with this idea: get a mini LED torch to attach to your keychain holder and, done :D There we have the LED torch absent in the XZU, at least for torch purposes n.n Cause for pictures, it's not that needed. HDR Mode works much better than using flash to improve low light pictures. Try it!
I'm 90% sure I'm getting theXZU now after viewing reviews and videos of its undoubted powerful performance. But as this will be in a couple of months yet, let'ssee what others have to offer. Lenovo has the K900 and a K910 is in the works, the K900 is very attractive too, what a pity Lenovo is too slow to release it in more countries, mine, Peru, will getit, who knows, but it's got a big possibility, with the XZU being confirmed for my country soon n.n
And this last news about Sony opening the ZXU software to independent developers is a big plus n.n

Ur saying that u hav an Xperia Z already n because the the Z Ultra does not have an LED light ur gonna buy an S4 because u dnt hav a flashlight on the Z Ultra??? If u already have an Xperia Z(which i doubt) that already has a flashlight n ur planning to keep it wit ur new phone, y do u that bady need a flashlight on the new phone. If ur gonna keep the new phone n still keep the xperia z then y wud lack of a flashlight stop u from buying the new phone???
