Gsmarena, Oneplus 13 and Iqoo 13 do not have "very similar" cameras.
Iqoo brings much newer ones.

            Don't really agree here that the Xiaomi 15 isn't a competitor. For some, they only want a small screen phone but many people on Weibo in China are discussing whether to get the Xiaomi 15 or Oneplus 13. Why? Because the price is exactly the same for the base model of both phones (4,499rmb). Many people chose based on their price range and all the competitors mentioned (Xiaomi 15 pro, Vivo x200 pro, Oppo Find x8 pro and Honor Magic 7 pro) are significantly more expensive. Actually the Honor Magic 7 (not pro) is more of a competitor as that is also exactly the same price as the Oneplus 13 and Xiaomi 15. The standard x200 is also much closer in price to the Oneplus 13 that the x200 pro so that is more of a competitor than the x200 pro as it's in a much closer price category.

              Voted for Maybe, depending on reviews. I own the OP12. While on paper the jump from SD8G3 to SD8E looks like a significant upgrade, I have my doubts on the camera performance. The primary and ultrawide sensors are unchanged from the OP12. If the Oppo X8 samples are anything to go by, the telephoto performance is disheartening. I am unwilling to sacrifice the telephoto performance by downgrading from a 64mp to a 50mp with poor processing.

                The OnePlus 13 is shaping up to be a great phone for those wanting a large screen. Compared to the Galaxy A55, not only the OnePlus 13 is lighter and narrower, it has larger screen and battery.

                The only complain I would probably have is the lack of auto focus on the front facing camera. This should've been standard in any flagship level price phones

                  The iQOO 13 doesn't have the 'same cameras' just because the resolutions are the same.

                    Reminds me of a time where OnePluses were available to buy in the U.S. prior to this. What happened during that time? Am I hallucinating a little?

                          well, 13 is not an unlucky number here. So I guess this phone will sell well
