Me, no, never. Heard of some interesting 'carbon' batteries imrovopement. Be wary, new super mega improvements technologies are announced every week and rarely delivered. Anyway seems something new coming with the 'slim' ip17 and zamzung s25 but certainly precaucioniisly.

If the 6-6.5k mAh battery endurance still score less than xperia 1 mark vi 5k mAh I lost hope in so called high capacity tech silicon battery...I will wait till 2025 phones. Actually part of me already lose hope since vivo x200 pro 6.1k mAh scored less than 5k mAh xperia

In the past there have been battery related issues (note 6 and later on the expanding battery thing that was prevalent on several samsung phones. Perhaps after those incidents they decided to stick to only 5k battery for safety
And that's likely the reason why they don't provide super fast charging in their phones
