Don't even like the look of those sharp edges phones.
Easier to manufacture ( tooling machines ), certainly but they increase price and replacement so we're always tricked. borders contains fantennas, maybe that.s a reason too, very not sure of that.

Also those with cell plans have already bought previous gen cheaper during holidays so they will have to pass at least 1 year..
The myth "but it's going to run on Qualcomm Elite..." isn't going to last long, we've heard that preaching few times already and saw the actual difference to previous models. If they want to sell it as gaming platform they'd need launch titles.. which don't exist in Android world for the time being

Releasing in late January avoids overlapping with holiday season sales, ensuring a clear marketing and sales focus.
Also, Focus marketing efforts on the new phone after the holiday season, when consumers are more likely to be looking for new gadgets.
Lastly, Samsung can create a separate marketing window, distinct from Apple's September iPhone releases.

I think people should open their minds and see the fact that they are fooled by all the big boy brands into buying trash they do not need. What is even the point in buying a flagship now if mid tier will last the same three years for half the money?
Anyway starting from 2027 all smartphone manufacturers who wanna sell their bricks in EU will need to add removable batteries. And iPhone too, no way they will be able to skip or EU just bans sales there. This will likely increase lifespan of the devices, but the caveat is whether manufacturers will be keeping the actual original replacement batteries in stock or will they “hide” them like Apple discontinues each last year Pro model year after year

Which of said is missinformation???
Among all competitors samsung and Apple gives most updates.
Among all Android phones its samsung who offers higest prices for least specced devices.
You can say its for quality but believe me or not not even A16 with 6-7 years of updates will last this long.
Said hardware will be good for 2 years when warranty will ends in EU then the phone slowly starts bricking.
Believing something like A16 can last 7 years yes maybe it canif i use my phone only for calls and texts and will never ever update anything.
In modern era where all competitors for same price as Samsung or even less starts giving much more specs and new technologies its not a bashing. Its a spit straight to a Samsung company name.
Only a blind would defend.
But choice is ultimately yours or each person preferences i am not judging anyone to skip over samsung and buy something else.
People can buy whathewer they want i dont mind.
I just said my honest opinion with reasons why.
Forcing noone and nobody to do as i say in my opinion no matter what you or anyone else thinks its just an opinion my personal dilema with said brand apart the fact my mounth cannot be silent to truth.

It is unlikely that Samsung will offer 7 years of updates to the flagship range, the 6 year Samsung A16 is a perk based on offering "more" than a competitor to those who most likely will not update for years. Entry level do not offer Waht Samsung did
On security no manufacturer is not going to address a "rare" Zero Day Vulnerability.
