If this is true, you should have made such a comment. Dragon worshipper always hate to see Mediatek step on a dragon chipset with seemingly “inferior” specs when it's actually more powerful 😆

Vivo even went with a 1/1/56" sensor for their main camera again for the x series standard model (x200). It's the fourth generation in a row that has had a 1/1.56" sensor. The x80 had a 1/1.49" but then x90, x100 and x200 were the same size. Four generations is a bit much! Oppo also went with a 1/1.56" sensor on the find x8. Xiaomi and Honor are giving better main sensors on their standard models with the Xiaomi 15 and Honor using the same 1/1.3" OV50H for the main sensor. However in fairness Vivo and Oppo are offering a much better 1/1.95" periscope while Xiaomi and Honor are offering far inferior standard upright telephoto sensors. I think though Oppo and Vivo have improved their image processing. This is also very important as the 1/1.3" OV50H is not necessarily better in many situations as apart from ultra lowlight where it has an advantage it often boils down to optimisation. Still I do agree that 1/1.3" should be a standard for flagships as there is higher potential if it's optimised well. For the S sereis though I think 1/1.56" is ok as it's a level below Vivo's x series.

                                    S20 will be special for it's battery life.
                                    will it sell like hot cakes? perhaps not. But it's going to be a special!
