Anonymous, 15 Nov 2024Samsung is losing the plot. Same processor, same ugly bezel... moreIt's just a speculation that the chip of the A26 will be the E1280, besides that Samsung doesn't compete with them. Samsung is the Apple of the Android phone market.

The article didn’t tell me what the „one key upgrade“ is that the title talked about.

Minu, 15 Nov 2024Wingtech really is shoving their unused thick-bezeled desig... moreIt's almost 2025, and it's funny that samsung still believes they can sell their overpriced, below average products solely by it's brand value

You know a phone is boring when the only key upgrade is a slightly bigger screen, which itself is oversized to begin with

same RAM & old Exynos 1280 of A25 not 1380 this no upgrade 😥 a key upgrade is what make a huge difference in performance, image quality or any other 😡 even that won't last long without a decent SoC(CPU, GPU, NPU)

Sounds like it's coming in 6GB RAM as base config, which is better than a bigger screen (no point in making the screen bigger when it already has big bezels). Also guessing the 3.5mm jack is removed so better to just get the A25.

All the replicas in other series(C,M,F, etc...) wont be far behind in line.

Wingtech really is shoving their unused thick-bezeled designs down Samsung's portfolio.
Even the behemoth Nokia C30 and rugged Chinese phones from Bullitt, Doogee, Blackview etc, have tinier bezels with LCDs.
