7350 chipset is what V50e is powering as opposed to 7300 in V40e.

The Android Freak, 19 Nov 2024V50 Pro will be Dimensity 9300+ instead of 9200+. That is assuming it would follow the China only S20 Pro. Vivo is known to keep the same SoC on the V series for at least 3 generations. Just look at the V30 Pro still sporting Dimensity 8200 while the S18 Pro already used 9200+.

Silicon Carbon battery is a must in 2025 with higher capacity..

So far seems like the V5x series are simply a rebadged V4x series, having the exact same design and SoC.

Samsung is screwing the design of their mid range A series, especially the A3x and A5x. Why should someone pays a premium for such bulky and heavy phone yet smaller screen and battery? Now with Vivo having IP68, Samsung is winning literally only in software.

I myself is leaning towards Vivo now. The A35 and A55 have crossed the 200g weight, which is too heavy in my book. Meanwhile Vivo is expanding its Zeiss filters to the non Pro V models. For people interested in camera performance, Vivo is winning

And just because a new one is out, doesn't mean yours stop working. Even the V50 is rumored to still use Snapdragon 7 gen 3, which is what your V30 has. Just because the number is bigger doesn't mean it's actually a new phone.

I'll reminded you that they are taking market share from Samsung successfully.. squeezing them out of the market

I have my v30 for around 6 months and they have a v50 on the way. They releasing these models way too quickly. The v40 was announced and released like 1 month after I got the v30 which was only available in my country for a month.
