It's the as basic as basic can be. It's like the home phone that nobody even have anymore that was for just calling and taking calls.

Since most of all Android phone going enormous brick size these days and I'm going to buy new Android phone next year to replace my Realme 7 Pro. I'm looking for a alternative that is pocket friendly. So, you think I'm trolling?? I'm not like you who doom scrolling everyday everytime 🙄

Nokia/hmd should release a smartphone flip phone similar to cat s22 flip but thinner and a little better. These phone sucks. Cat s22 flip is basically good for anti doomscrolling

I'm waiting to see how HMD shape up in the long term now they're ditching Nokia branded handsets. I've had skin in the game with feature phones and to speak to a point another commenter made re: a phone with a USP like a slide out qwerty keyboard or something similar to Sony Ericssons of years gone by, I've sold so many phones in PAYG and the two most popular handsets hands down where the Nokia 1100 and the original 6300. The N95 was too much too soon, it predated the apps and infrastructure that could have made it a dame changer. Sliding phones have a lot going for them but I'm talking Samsung D900i not something with android etc. The point I'm making is a basic flip phones USP is just that, you can add USB-C (FINALLY!) 4g isn't a luxury anymore it's a requirement, 2. 8 inches of screen is more than enough (my 8210 4g has the same screen it's perfectly fine) and that's all anyone needs in this phone. Anymore is excessive and more of a turn off than anything IMHO

why not offer something unique that the market hasn't seen in a decade instead of another generic flip phone that will sell one time

HMD keeps releasing this niche phone nobody wants. I want a slider phone something like Xperia mini pro with a slider keyboard that's cool. Very small phone, equipped with a physical keyboard to make typing easier.

But obviously don't expect it to be expensive. I would expect it to be expensive cause it's from HMD. The amount of money they ask for all their e-waste is just absurd scale.
