And I understand standards means nothing to you.

But we have certificarions and standardisation in everything and it is important to many people.
They are established by a 3rd party, a authority, as a rule for the measure of quantity, weight, extent, value, or quality.

Ever heard for ISO?
ISO (International Organization for Standardization) is a worldwide federation of national standards bodies. ISO is a nongovernmental organization that comprises standards bodies from more than 160 countries, with one standards body representing each member country.

The point of fast charging is to top up your phone when you're in a pinch. In which pinch do you need all 100%? Either you need 70% max, or you need 150%+ (which requires a powerbank).

Though, that's on my own experience. If you truly need to fully charge your phone in 15 minutes like twice a week, more power to you. But I don't believe it to be a necessity.

65 minutes to reach 100%. It wasn't until another 20 minutes had passed that it actually reached a fully charged state and stopped drawing power from the adapter, which makes it among the worst offenders when it comes to communicating its charging state.

Especially when Samsung removed a hardware that I really use for gaming.

Nowadays, my A33 lasts for 5 to 6 days before charging (wi-fi, data, and signal all open. if on airplane mode and wi-fi off, the unit can last for 2 weeks w/o charging).

Sandard charging cable, standard charging adapter, standard battery. Do Chinese brands have all that standardised? I don't think so.

They indeed almost all have a faster charging speeds, but they are not a standard. If you want to achieve those charging speeds you have to use non-standardised equipment which comes with your phone in the box.

Now, we can debate what is normal. Because a lot of people saying things such as "a normal charging speeds these days". What is that?
